How It Works
Basic Structure
Create sections in your daily outline:
- Backlog/Todo: Tasks for today
- In Progress: Currently working on
- Done: Completed items
Optional additional columns:
- Waiting: Blocked or awaiting input
- Priority: Must-do items
- Maybe: Optional if time allows
Task Movement
- Start with all tasks in Backlog
- Move one task to In Progress when you begin
- Move to Done when completed
- Only one (or very few) items In Progress at once
